Rear-Admiral Hugh Richard Marrack, D.S.O., R.N. (5 July, 1888 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Marrack was appointed in command of the submarine C 19 on 15 August, 1912.[1]
In December, 1920, he was appointed in command of the submarine K 8.[2]
