James Douglas Campbell ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Campbell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1903.[1]

Campbell was appointed in command of the light cruiser Constance in December, 1922.[2]

He was appointed Captain in Command of the Portsmouth Navigation School on 16 December, 1926.[3]
