Rear-Admiral Peter Douglas Herbert Raymond Pelly, D.S.O., C.B. (24 September, 1904 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Pelly was appointed in command of the destroyer Battleaxe and as Captain (D), Sixth Destroyer Flotilla on 6 October, 1950.[1]
