Final exams were held in August 1899, and produced the following results.[1]

Sixty-one cadets passed out. Charles Astley Poignand and George Macgregor Skinner seem oddly absent, though both are clearly marked as part of this term and receive their first appointments on dates that hint that they passed out on time.
