Lieutenant Lawrence Percy Philips, R.N. (26 December, 1860 – 7 November, 1888) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Philips was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1883.
Philips died at 3am at the Convalescent Home in Nathmullen from peritonitis.
