Admiral Philip Francis Tillard, Royal Navy, Retired (17 September, 1852 – 23 February, 1933) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Tillard was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 16 February, 1906, vice Pocklington.[1]
He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 22 July, 1910,[2] and to the rank of Admiral on 4 June, 1913.
