Kingsnorth Airship Station was an airship base in Kent operated by the Royal Naval Air Service during the Great War. It operated as a training station, and eventually became a production facility for airships and base for anti-submarine airship patrols.

History

Following a period of experimentation and construction, the station was made part of the Royal Naval Air Service in April 1914.

In April, 1918 the station was transferred to the new Royal Air Force.
