Staff

The budgeted staff of the Chief Inspector of Naval Ordnance in 1914 was one Chief Inspector, three assistants, one Ordnance Depot Clerk, First Grade, one Ordnance Depot Clerk, Third Grade, and two Hired Writers.[1]

Chief Inspectors of Naval Ordnance

Deputy Chief Inspectors of Naval Ordnance

Inspectors of Naval Ordnance

It is not clear whether this is a simple retitling of Chief Inspector of Naval Ordnance.

Deputy Inspectors of Naval Ordnance

The apparent conflict here may be that Brougham's duty is at Woolwich. That's a wild guess, as the other man may also be there.
