Captain (retired) Henry Leage Dicks, C.B.E. (5 October, 1870 – 12 December, 1942) served in the Royal Navy.

Dicks was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 25 August, 1892.^[1]

Dicks was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1904.^[2]

Dicks was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Captain on 5 October, 1920.^[3]
