Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Edward Philip Tomkinson (11 March, 1850 – 23 February, 1917) served in the Royal Navy. Another man of this name served in the Navy and died in World War II.
Life & Career
Tomkinson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 4 April, 1874.
Tomkinson retired at his own request on 13 February, 1875. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 4 April, 1882.
