Service
Commissioned at Chatham on 1 October, 1920.[7]
In mid-1925, Diomede was part of the Fifth Cruiser Squadron on the China Station.[8]
Re-commissioned in Portsmouth on 21 October 1925 for service with the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy.[9]
Re-commissioned at Portsmouth on 19 July 1928.[10]
Re-commissioned at Chatham on 16 October, 1930 for service with the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy.[11]
She completed to full complement at Auckland on 3 August, 1933.[12]
Re-commissioned at Chatham on 3 February, 1937 for service with the Reserve Fleet at The Nore.[13]
