H.M.S. G 10 was one of fourteen "G" class submarines completed in Britain during the Great War, intended primarily to hunt German U-boats.
Service
After the Battle of Jutland, Titania tasked G 10 with going out to find and sink the any floating remains of Invincible to prevent the capture of materials. G 10 departed on the morning of the 3rd, but returned on the 6th after a 48 hour search revealed no sign of the lost battle cruiser.[7]
By late 1920, she was one of six "G" class submarines in reserve at Portsmouth as the "L" group under the collective command of Lieutenant Humphrey G. Veale, tender to Dolphin.[8]
