Casper Boucher Ballard (24 June, 1876 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Brighton, Ballard gained eight months' time on passing out of Britannia.

Ballard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1898.

Ballard was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 DEcember, 1917.

Ballard was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1910.[1]

Post-War

Ballard was appointed in command of the light cruiser Colombo on 1 October, 1920.[2]
