Vice-Admiral Francis John Foley, Royal Navy (2 December, 1855 – 5 March, 1911) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Foley was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1895.[1]

Foley was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 1 July, 1906.[2]
