Admiral Philip Francis Tillard, Royal Navy, Retired (17 September, 1852 – 23 February, 1933) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Tillard was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 20 February, 1906, vice Poë.[1]
Promoted to Admiral on the retired list on 4 June, 1913.
