Robert Ross Turner ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Turner was appointed in command of the submarine C 15 on 26 February, 1914.[1]
In September, 1914, he was appointed in command of the submarine D 3.[2]
He was appointed in command of the light cruiser Conquest in December, 1924.[3]
