Owen Tudor Hood Phillips ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Phillips was appointed in command of the destroyer Waveney on 16 October, 1912.[1]
Phillips was appointed in command of the destroyer Desperate on 27 May, 1913.[2]
