Francis George Gillilan Chilton ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Chilton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1901.[1]
Chilton was appointed in command of the destroyer Foresight on 31 January, 1918.[2]
In January, 1919, Chilton was appointed in command of the battleship Superb.[3]
Chilton was appointed in command of the battlecruiser Repulse in April, 1928.[4]
