Captain THE RIGHT HONOURABLE FitzWalter George Probyn Butler, seventeenth Baron Dunboyne, R.N., Retired, was an officer of the Royal Navy. In 1913 he succeeded his father to the Dunboyne barony and became the seventeenth baron by patent and twenty-seventh by summons.

Life & Career

His obituary in The Times observed that "He took no part in politics or in public life of any kind."[1]
