William Winton Galbraith

Captain William Winton Galbraith, (11 August, 1898 – December, 1978) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
In 1931, Galbraith stepped down as U.S. Naval Attaché, London. Her would soon retire after 30 years in the service.[1]
