Chief Boatswain Samuel Baker (2 September, 1859 – 5 October, 1928) served in the Royal Navy as a Bosun. There was a Gunner by the same name.
Life & Career
Baker was promoted to the rank of Acting Boatswain on 16 September, 1894.
On 1 April, 1912, Baker was promoted to Chief Boatswain.[1]
Baker was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 045 on 5 May, 1913.[2]
