Captain John Irvine Graham, C.B.E., O.B.E., R.N., Retired (17 July, 1862 – 10 December, 1947) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Graham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1885.
Graham was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1897.
Graham was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain (retired) on 28 June, 1909.
Though his service record does not indicate any appointments or employment, Graham's O.B.E. was issued in January, 1918 for service connected to the war. His C.B.E. was civil, gazetted 30 March 1920.
