THE HONOURABLE Commander (retired) Henry Mitford Amherst Cecil, O.B.E. (9 March, 1893 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of Lord William Cecil.

Cecil was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1915.[1]

Cecil was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 April, 1923.[2]

Cecil was promoted to the rank of Commander on 10(?) December, 1936.[3]
