Commander (retired) Harold William Coles, (2 March, 1886 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Coles became an Acting mate on 18 December, 1913, having previously been a Petty Officer.
Coles was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 18 April, 1916.
Coles was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 18 April, 1924.
Coles was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 9 July, 1927.

Coles served in World War II.
