Harold James Davison

Commander R.N.R. (retired) Harold James Davison, R.D. (19 June, 1875 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Davison was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 11 August, 1908.[1]

Davison was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 11 August, 1914.[2]

He was appointed to the seaplane carrier Empress on 29 November 1915 until he was appointed in command of the tiny minelayer Perdita on 4 January, 1917.[3]

Demobilised on 1 October, 1919.[4]

Davison was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 19 June, 1920.[5]
