Commander (retired) Frank Harold Elcho Skyrme, (5 April, 1896 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Reverend F. E. Skyrme, clergyman.
Skyrme was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, adjusted to 15 October, 1918.[1]
Skyrme was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1926.[2]
Skyrme was promoted to the rank of Commander on 5 April, 1936.[3]
