Captain Edwin John Payne Gallwey, R.N. (31 January, 1850 – 18 April, 1906) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Gallwey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 28 August, 1873.

Gallwey was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1883.

Gallwey was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1889.

Gallwey submitted his resignation on 31 October, 1890.
