Lieutenant-Commander Charles Edward Sheen, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Sheen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 July, 1936.[1]
Sheen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 June, 1944.[2]
