Commander William Victor Rice, (7 April, 1887 – 8 June, 1932) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Rice was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1909.

Rice was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 June, 1917.

Rice was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1923.

Died at and was buried at Malta.
