William Sims

Commander (retired) William Sims, R.N. (28 February, 1860 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Sims was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 30 August, 1887.
Sims was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant for special services in South Africa with seniority of 2 May, 1900.
Sims was placed on the Retired List with the rank of Commander on 11 August, 1913.
