Lieutenant-Commander William Robert Ronald Leach, (3 April, 1883 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of Major-General E. Leach of the Army was born in Brompton.[1]

Leach was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1905.[2]

Leach was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1913. He spent the entirety of the war training Second Class Stokers in Portsmouth.[3]

Placed on the Retired List at his own request on 31 December, 1919, Leach was promoted to the rank of Commander on 3 April, 1923.[4]
