Admiral THE HONOURABLE William John Ward, Royal Navy (9 December, 1829 – 20 November, 1900) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Ward was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 23 July, 1880, vice Hood.[1]

Ward was placed on the Retired List on 9 December, 1894.[2] He died at the Hotel Burlington, Boscombe, on 20 November, 1900, aged seventy.[3]
