Lieutenant William Henry Richards, (28 June, 1842 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Richards was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 3 June, 1852.
His name was removed from the Navy List in 1874, but the reason why is hard to read.
