Captain William Bingham Howe, (11 May, 1883 – 31 December, 1968) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

As a Midshipman in 1907, Howe served in the gunboat Concord under the command of Commander Clifford Joseph Boush.[1]

Howe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant (Junior Grade) on 10 May, 1902. In early 1912, he was serving in the destroyer Scorpion.[2]

World War II

Howe was posted in New York City, where he worked in Naval Intelligence.[3]
