Commander (retired) Wilfred Edmund Warner, D.S.C. (11 October, 1898 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Warner served first in the battleship H.M.S. Queen from August 1914 until late March 1916 when he moved to the Royal Sovereign. On 20 August, 1917 he went to H.M.S. Vernon for a Torpedo Control course.
Warner was granted the acting rank of Lieutenant on 15 November 1917.
Warner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 August, 1919.
Warner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 August, 1927.
