Admiral Vivian Henry Gerald Bernard, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (30 August, 1868 – 18 February, 1934) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

On 27 November, 1917, Bernard hoisted his flag in the surveying vessel Research as Senior Naval Officer and Rear-Admiral of the Dockyard at Portland.[1]
