Uvedale Corbet Singleton

Rear-Admiral Uvedale Corbet Singleton, C.B., R.N., Retired (14 September, 1838 – 15 February, 1910) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Singleton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 26 May, 1858.

Singleton was promoted to the rank of Commander on 10 December, 1869.

Singleton was promoted to the rank of Captain on 25 March, 1878.

Retired at his own request dated 29 June, 1891 in accordance with Order in Council of 22 February, 1870.

Singleton was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 13 May, 1893.
