Thomas Aislabie Powell ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Powell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 APril, 1912.[1]

He was appointed to Arrogant for duty in the submarine C 15 on 24 October, 1914.[2]

Powell was appointed in command of the submarine L 8 on 7 March, 1919.[3]
