Spencer Reginald Strettell Richards

Commander Spencer Reginald Strettell Richards, R.N. (27 October, 1874 – 29 December, 1948) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Admiral Sir G. Richards, K.C.B., of Surrey.
Richards was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1897.
Richards was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1905.
Richards was retired due to age at the rank of Commander (retired) on 27 October, 1919.
