Spencer Allen Hickley ( – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.
Life & Career
Hickley was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1907.
In November 1908, he relieved Stuart St. John Farquhar in command of the second class protected cruiser Doris.[1]
In December 1913, Hickley assumed command of the first class protected cruiser Argonaut, quitting the ship in August 1914.[2]
