Life & Career

Wikner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 14 January, 1915.

Wikner was a gunner in Cotswold from January 1917 before he was appointed in command in February.

Wikner was demobilized on 5 October 1919. He was evaluated as "above average", but lacking in knowledge of the service.
