Roger Mowbray Bellairs ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bellairs was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1904.[1]

Bellairs was appointed in command of the cruiser Effingham in October, 1925.[2]
