Captain (retired) Robert Lascelles Gambier Noel, R.N. (27 June, 1855 – 7 October, 1935) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Noel was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 23 March, 1877.

Noel was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1891.

His service record contains a marginal notation that reads, "see papers in Jan 96 relative to a charge of indecent assault the Board of Magistrates stated 'that there was no evidence with which to connect the accused with the "offence".
