Vice-Admiral SIR Robert Francis Elkins, C.B, K.C.B. (12 January, 1903 – 1985) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
As a Midshipman and Sub-Lieutenant during 1921-23, Elkins served in Hood, Wryneck, Wild Swan and again in Hood.
Elkins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1924.
