Boatswain Richard Carr, R.N. (3 March, 1842 – 11 October, 1915) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Carr was promoted to the rank of Boatswain on 12 July, 1876.
As a Boatswain, Carr was appointed to the gunboat Ant on 29 March, 1890, possibly in her command.[1][Fact Check]
