Richard Augustus Sandys Hill ( – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.
Life & Career
Hill was appointed in command of Iron Duke in July, 1919.[1]
His command of notable vessels continued when he was appointed captain of the battleship H.M.S. Barham in September 1924, remaining with her until January of 1926.[2]
