Commander Richard Adams, (19 July, 1834 – 25 February, 1872) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Adams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 October, 1855.
Adams was promoted to the rank of Commander on 11 April, 1866.
