Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Reginald Heber Thornton, (26 January, 1900 – ) served in the Royal Navy. Another man of the same name born in 1845 also served in the navy, achieving the rank of Captain.

Life & Career

Thornton was a special entry to the Royal Navy.

Thornton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1923.

He resigned on 4 September 1926.
