Captain (retired) Ralph Philip Clutton, R.N. (9 February, 1872 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Clutton placed first in order of merit upon passing out of Britannia in December, 1887. This made him the second successive cadet prepped at Stubbington House School to do this.[1]
