Port Edgar was a minor Royal Navy base in the Great War situated on the southern side of the Firth of Forth.

History

Purchased by the Admiralty in 1916. The base and its parent ship the drifter Columbine, were shut down in November 1928 after its personnel had been transferred to the Greenwich at Rosyth.[1]
